Every time culture explodes, the same thing happens: brands go into real-time mode. They react, jump on the trend, seek attention… and often end up saying the same thing, at the same time.
With LALA, we wanted to break that pattern. Instead of chasing the conversation, we decided to get ahead of it. Moving from #RealTime to #RightTime. Understanding what was coming before it blew up and arriving exactly when the culture begins to take shape.
Through a predictive analysis of the conversation, we identified a clear signal: the anticipation for the Starbucks Christmas collection. While everyone else was waiting for the launch to join in, we decided to appear beforehand. Thus, «The Right Time Bearista» was born.
